Individual Psychotherapy - conducted normally 1 hour session a 
                                                                                                                       week

Extended Sessions             - sessions lasting more than 1 hour up             
                                                                                                                  to 3 hours

Intensive Therapy               - 1-3 sessions per week on an on-  
                                                  going basis

Intensive Block Therapy    -  extended sessions once or twice a                              
​                                                                                                                          day and lasting up to 3 days.
